Labyrinth Bay/Shoal Lake Narrows Hunting Outpost Rates
Seven days six-nights Housekeeping Hunt Trips:
• Boat-In Island
Housekeeping Cottage and facilities

landing to Island Camp/return.

waters and hunting/fishing info.
• $999. per person
• additional days @ $115. day
Extra
nights at the beginning or end of your trip @ $70.
**** For our hunting
parties we take from two to eight people. To get exclusive use of Labyrinth Bay
Outpost a minimum of six people is required. There are three lakefront
cottages available. Two of the cottages have full cooking facilities.
Boats and Motors:
We rent 16-ft Lund Big
Water Boats with 25 HP motors. The boats are all outfitted for three people and
have swivel seats, wood floors, paddles, a full safety kit, a
fishing net, and life jackets. Boats and motors are rented at $100/boat
per day
Inquire about our 18
foot Lund boat with 50 HP motor
for $150. Per day /$795. Per week
All boating equipment
and motors are the Renter's FULL responsibility.
Private Boats:
We do not charge extra
for docking. Estimate your boat gasoline requirements needed from us and let us
know in advance so adequate supplies are on hand for your use.
Boat transportation to
camp is provided and we can help you carry up to 2000 pounds of your/guests’
gear in. Private boat guests should mark their way in with their GPS/maps. Boat owners
needing additional help out of camp with boat and driver can be reserved for a
nominal fee of $100. Clearwater Bay is the closest
government boat launch and the route is marked right on the map. For the
most up-to-date full hydrographic government chart look for: Chart
#6217 Ptarmigan Bay and Shoal Lake.
Hunting Guide Service at
Prevailing Rates:
Note: If you or other
members of your group can run a boat safely, know how to hunt, and follow
a map, a guide is not needed with the 11X17" hydrographic chart given
out. If you are new to these waters going out with Don for a half-day
in his boat is worth considering. Learn some of the spots, techniques and get
oriented to the area. Two People $300. Three people $375. Extra time @ $75. Hour.
• Those still wishing for
guide services can order these services in advance.
Trip Information:
• Deposits of $350 per
hunter are required to hold your chosen dates.
• Deposits received will be
acknowledged with the remaining balance, dates, and service ordered.
• All checks sent 12 weeks
or sooner before the start of the trip, need to be certified.
• Except for deposits we do
NOT accept personal checks.
• Trip cost balances are due
upon arrival in cash or cashier check.
• Regular rates are charged for
late arrivals and early departures.
• Rates are subject to
federal and provincial taxes @13%
• In the event you or
members of your party need to cancel we will gladly rebook your time in any
available spot we have in the year of your reservation.
• Extra days beyond your
seven days are @ $115. per person day
• Our rates are based on
taking one boat trip to the outpost and returning for the entire party.
Additional boat trips to landing can be arranged at a nominal fee of $100.
• All licenses are
purchased Before leaving the landing at the start of your trip.
Please note
You must have your state hunting license with you in order to
purchase any Ontario Hunting license.
• Trips start around 9 AM and end around 4 PM
• Guests are responsible for
all physical damage to equipment including housekeeping cottages and
boats/motors. All equipment must be left in clean and working condition or
extra charges apply.
